440magnum Mopar Enthusiast Network Classifieds Rules, Policies, and Disclaimers:

1. - Ad Content Rule:

You agree, through your use of our classifieds system, that you will not post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.

2. Ads With Sarcasm Rule:

Ads with sarcasm (that is to high, used for a new price, etc). Will not be tolerated. We don't comment on people's ads and neither should you!

3. Business Ads Rule:

We do allow Mopar related business (services, parts etc.) to post ads on our classifieds system, but there are a few requirements.

You must Identify you are a business when you post your ads. (Just add your business name to your free ad).
You must list what you are selling or offering to our mopar visitors (only links to your business is unacceptable).
You may include pictures of products and a text link to your business site. Business banner advertisements and or logos are not permitted.

4. Chain Letters, Pyramid Schemes, And Solicitations Rule:

Chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on our classifieds system and will be promptly removed including your account.

5. Repeated Ad Rule:

You may only post one ad per item every 7 day's. Members posting repeated ads within 7 days will cause your ads to be removed. Your account may also be closed and you could be banned from the system. You may not reply to your own ad to make it go back to the top of the list. This is rude and very inconsiderate of the other members using our classifieds. This is grounds for your ads to be removed and your account be closed you will also be banned from the system.

6. Responsibility Rule:

The 440magnum Mopar Enthusiast Network does review every ad posted. Inappropriate ads are removed when found. We are not responsible for the content of any ads or messages but our own. You are responsible for any ad you post to our classified system. The 440magnum Mopar Enthusiast Network reserves the right to delete any ad for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your ads, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 440magnum Mopar Enthusiast Network.

7. Terms Of Use Rule:

By using our free classifieds, you agree to abide by The 440magnum Mopar Enthusiast Network web site Terms of Use Policy. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any ad, and are not responsible for the contents of any ad. The ad express the views of the author of the ad, not necessarily the views of  the 440magnum Mopar Enthusiast Network or any entity associated with The 440magnum Mopar Enthusiast Network.

8. Web Site Link Rule:

Ads with only links to another site will be deleted no matter if they are personal or business related. Your classifieds ad must contain what you are selling or looking for etc. You are not permitted to just ad a message with a link to your web site to drive traffic to your site.

Please Note:
Any member or visitor who feels that a posted ad is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable ads and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit particular ads immediately.
